What are Election Sheets?

The “Personnel File” tab of the employee profile houses all Election Sheets generated for a specific employee. An Election Sheet is an overview of a specific action taken in BerniePortal.


To access an employee's profile, select the "Employees" tab in the top navigation menu, locate and select the employee's name, then select "Personnel File" from the employee's menu.
  1. Sheets are downloadable in PDF format from this tab.
  2. Sheets are labeled and sorted by the generation date. 





Election Sheets generate from the below actions in BerniePortal:
  1. Initial Elections
  2. Open Enrollment Elections
  3. Termination
  4. Qualifying Event
  5. Correct Mistake
  6. Employee Changed to "None" Subgroup
  7. Salary Change
  8. Dependent Update
  9. Re-Hire
  10. Reinstated
  11. EOI Approved
  12. EOI Declined
  13. HSA Contribution Update
  14. Commuter Benefits Update
