An Election Sheet is a PDF summary of an employee's benefit elections for a specific action in BerniePortal. Sheets are created automatically and stored under Election Sheets in the employee's Personnel File.

Employers, and Feature Admins who can open that employee's profile, can view and download these sheets. Employees can also view their own Election Sheets from their Personnel File.

To download an Election Sheet:

1. Select Employees in the top navigation.
2. Select the employee's name.
3. Select Personnel File.
4. In the Election Sheets section, open the gear next to a file and select Download.

Files appear as PDFs under Election Sheets, with the newest first. Open a sheet to see the event type on the PDF.

When Election Sheets generate

BerniePortal creates an Election Sheet automatically for actions such as:

• Qualifying Event
• Correcting Mistake
• Changed to Not assigned Subgroup
• Salary Change
• Dependent Update
• Rehire
• Reinstated
• EOI Approved
• EOI Declined
• HSA Change
• Parking / Transit Change
