Viewing Payroll Documents - Employee Help

If your employer uses BerniePortal Payroll, you can download year-end tax documents—such as W-2, W-2 C, and 1099 forms—from Tax Documents.

Who this is for

Employees whose employer has BerniePortal Payroll. When that feature is enabled, Tax Documents appears under Payroll.

To download a tax document:
  1. Log in to BerniePortal.
  2. Select Payroll in the top navigation menu.
  3. Select Tax Documents in the secondary navigation menu.
  4. In the Document column, find the form you need (listed as year and type, such as 2024 W-2).
  5. In the Actions column, hover over the gear icon and select Download.
Documents for a tax year appear after January 15 of the following year, once they are available. If none are ready, the page shows: You don't have any documents available to download at this time.
