Viewing your Pay Stub - Employee Help
If your employer uses BerniePortal Payroll, you can download pay stubs for pay periods that have already been paid. Each stub is a PDF of earnings, hours, and taxes for that period.
Who this is for
Employees whose employer has BerniePortal Payroll. When that feature is enabled, Paystubs appears under Payroll.
To download a pay stub:
- Log in to BerniePortal.
- Select Payroll in the top navigation menu.
- Select Paystubs in the secondary navigation menu.
- On the Pay History page, select the Pay Period date for the stub you want to download.
Only closed payroll runs appear in the list. Selecting a pay period date downloads that pay stub as a PDF.
