To Do - Onboarding

Use TO DO on your admin home page to see employees with outstanding onboarding paperwork and send them an email reminder.

Who this is for

Employers with Onboarding enabled. Onboarding Feature Admins can also use this list after Switch to admin account, for employees in their assigned subgroups. Feature Admins do not appear in their own list.

To send an onboarding paperwork reminder:
  1. In the top navigation, select Home.
  2. In the TO DO list, select Onboarding paperwork to expand the category. The badge shows how many employees still need to finish.
  3. Select an employee's name in the list.
  4. In the Onboarding paperwork dialog, under Who would you like to send a reminder to?, choose Only and the employee's name, or All employees that need to complete onboarding paperwork.
  5. Enter your message in Message text.
  6. Select SEND REMINDER.
Message text is required. Onboarding paperwork appears in TO DO only when at least one active employee still has incomplete onboarding.
