Privacy Settings - Benefits

Control what appears on election PDFs and whether election PDF and carrier form links are included in enrollment email notifications. These settings are available to employer accounts when Benefits is enabled for your company.

To view or edit Privacy settings:
  1. Select Benefits in the top navigation bar.
  2. Select Settings in the secondary navigation bar.
  3. Select Privacy from the left-side menu.
  4. Check or uncheck Include election PDF link in emails to control whether enrollment emails link to the election PDF.
  5. Check or uncheck Include carrier form link in emails to control whether enrollment emails link to the carrier form.
  6. Check or uncheck Include SSNs on election PDFs to control whether Social Security numbers appear on election PDFs.
  7. Check or uncheck Show dependents enrolled by plan on election PDF to control whether dependents enrolled by plan are listed on election PDFs.
  8. Check or uncheck Include Salary on election PDFs to control whether salary appears on election PDFs.
Each checkbox saves automatically when you check or uncheck it — there's no separate save button.
