Viewing Auto-Enrollment Settings
After you close open enrollment with auto-enrollment configured, you can open a read-only view of the Prior Offer to Current Offer mappings you saved for that renewal group.
Who can view auto-enrollment settings
Employer users with access to Benefits → Open Enrollment. Users who are masquerading as the employer use the same path. The Auto-enrollment settings action appears only for a renewal group whose enrollment status is closed and that has saved auto-enrollment configurations.
To view past auto-enrollment settings
- Go to Benefits → Open Enrollment.
- In the row for the closed renewal group, open ACTIONS and select Auto-enrollment settings.
- In the Configure Auto-Enrollment: [MM/YYYY] Renewal modal, use the benefit-type list on the left to move between benefit types.
- For each Prior Offer: [plan name] section, review the Prior Offer Coverage Tier column and the matching Current Offer Plan & Coverage Tier value. The dropdowns are disabled and cannot be edited.
