Performance Subgroups
Performance subgroups support two functionalities within BerniePortal.
- Placing an employee in a Performance subgroup enables that employee’s 1:1 thread with their direct manager.
- ‘Surveys’ are assigned to employees based on subgroups. For example, a ‘Remote Worker’ Performance subgroup could be created, allowing you to assign a survey exclusively to that subset of employees.
To view, edit, and add Performance subgroups:
- Select ‘Performance’ in the top navigation menu.
- Select ‘Subgroups’ in the secondary navigation menu.
- Existing ‘Performance’ subgroups will be listed.
- Select a subgroup to edit the ‘Subgroup Name.’
