Managing Surveys from the Survey Library - Performance

The Survey Library lists surveys created for your employer. Use it to edit or remove existing surveys. To create a survey, see How to Create Surveys - Performance. To generate and distribute a survey, see How to Send Out Surveys - Performance.

Employers and Feature Admins with Performance can manage surveys from the Survey Library.

To access the Survey Library:
  1. Select Performance in the top navigation bar.
  2. Select Survey Library in the secondary navigation bar.
To edit a survey:
  1. In the ACTIONS column for the survey, open the gear menu and select Edit.
  2. Update Survey Name as needed. Add questions with Add, remove a question with Delete in that question's actions menu, or drag questions to reorder them. Survey type (Individual or Organizational) cannot be changed while editing.
  3. Select SAVE. To discard changes, select CANCEL.
To remove a survey:
  1. In the ACTIONS column for the survey, open the gear menu and select Remove.
  2. In the Delete Survey dialog, select Delete to confirm. To keep the survey, select Cancel.
Removing a survey permanently removes it from the Survey Library after you confirm. There is no restore control in the product.
