How to Send Out Surveys - Performance
Once you have created a survey, follow the below steps to generate the survey and distribute it to employees.
To send out a survey:
- Select the ‘Performance’ tab in the top navigation bar.
- Select the ‘Survey Library’ tab from the secondary navigation bar.
- Hover over the action wheel for the survey you’d like to send to employees, then select ‘Generate.’
- Determine which subgroups of employees should receive the survey.
- Determine who should receive the survey using the available radio buttons.
- 360 Degrees - Employees will be asked to complete it on themselves, their manager, direct reports and their peers.
- Self Evaluation - Employees will be asked to complete it only on themselves.
- Manager Evaluation - Managers will be asked to complete it on their direct reports.
- Manager and Self-Evaluation - Managers will be asked to complete it for each of their direct reports. Employees will be asked to complete it only on themselves.
- Select 'Generate.'
