How to Send Out Surveys - Performance

Once you have created a survey, follow the below steps to generate the survey and distribute it to employees. 

To send out a survey:
  1. Select the ‘Performance’ tab in the top navigation bar. 
  2. Select the ‘Survey Library’ tab from the secondary navigation bar.
  3. Hover over the action wheel for the survey you’d like to send to employees, then select ‘Generate.’
  4. Determine which subgroups of employees should receive the survey.

  5. Determine who should receive the survey using the available radio buttons. 

    1. 360 Degrees - Employees will be asked to complete it on themselves, their manager, direct reports and their peers.
    2. Self Evaluation - Employees will be asked to complete it only on themselves.
    3. Manager Evaluation - Managers will be asked to complete it on their direct reports.
    4. Manager and Self-Evaluation - Managers will be asked to complete it for each of their direct reports. Employees will be asked to complete it only on themselves.
  6. Select 'Generate.'
