Line 15 value is missing from the employee form (1095-C Error Only)

The IRS requires a value in Line 15 for every month an employee shows the following codes in Line 14: 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1J, 1K, 1L, 1M, 1N, 1O, 1P, 1Q, 1T, 1U

If corrections need to be made in BerniePortal, don't forget to mark the employee as "Corrected"!



To correct these errors, you will need to do the following:
  1. Log into the employer account in BerniePortal.
  2. Click on "1094/1095" at the top of the page.
  3. Click "List".
  4. Find the employee whose Line 15 amount needs to be updated.
  5. Hover over the action wheel and click "Edit":

  6. In "Part II. Employee Offer and Coverage", update the Line 15 amounts by typing in the correct amount for each month.
  7. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select "Corrected Form".
  8. Push "Save Changes".
