Line 14 and/or 16 value is missing from an employee form

Line 14 and/or 16 value is missing from an employee form

This error is triggered when values need to be entered or removed from Line 14 and/or 16 based on when an employee was employed during the year.

To correct these errors, you will need to do the following:
  1. Log into the employer account in BerniePortal.
  2. Click on "1094C/1095C" at the top of the page.
  3. Click "List".
  4. Find the employee whose Line 14 and/or 16 needs to be updated.
  5. Hover over the action wheel and click "Edit":

  6. In "Part II. Employee Offer and Coverage", update the Line 14 and/or 16 codes for the employee for the months that are missing.
  7. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select "Corrected Form".
  8. Push "Save Changes".
