How to Force Reset Benefits Subgroup

BerniePortal allows users to do a force reset of a benefits offering. In most cases, this is used because of a correction that needs to be dated back to a date further than 30 days of the benefits effective date (if within 30 days, use Correct Mistake) or a benefit configuration update that was made during an enrollment.
