Benefits are complex—that's why BerniePortal allows categorization via subgroups to ensure employees are offered the right benefits and contributions.
To create a new benefits subgroup:
Select the “Account” dropdown.
Select “Subgroups” in the left navigation menu
Select “Add New Subgroup” in the top right of the screen.
Select “Benefits” from the dropdown, and enter the Subgroup name, then select “Save.”
The subgroup will now show in the “Subgroups” tab of the “Account” area, as well as the “Benefits” then “Subgroups” area of BerniePortal.
