Would it be helpful if they had the same level of access to BerniePortal as the Account Owner? Now they can!
The Global Admin feature allows you to assign a second (or third) "account owner" to your BerniePortal account. A Global Admin has access to almost everything in the system: benefits, 1094/1095 reporting, billing, compliance tools, and more. They'll also have visibility into all subgroups and complete data access — just like the Account Owner.
To assign an employee as a Global Admin:
Select the "Account" dropdown.
Select "Global and Feature Admins" from the left side menu.
Select “Add an Employee” under the "Global Admins" category.
If you have a team member who only helps with specific tasks, like onboarding, no problem! They can stay set up as a Feature Admin for just that area.
