Forgot Password - Employee

Employees who are signed out can reset their BerniePortal password from the Sign In page when they cannot remember it.

To reset your password:

Go to the BerniePortal Sign In page at app.bernieportal.com/en/login.
Select Forgot password?.
On the Forgot Password? page, enter the email address used in your BerniePortal account in the Email field.
Select Reset Password.
Open the email from BerniePortal and select Reset Password. The link expires after 24 hours.
On the Create a Password page, enter a New Password that meets the requirements shown, then select Submit Password.
Sign in with your new password.

Open the Forgot Password? page directly: app.bernieportal.com/en/password/reset.
If you know your current password, see How to Change Employee Passwords.

If you do not receive the email:

Confirm you entered the email address tied to your BerniePortal account. For example, you may be trying a work address when the account uses a personal address.
If the reset link has expired, return to Forgot Password? and request a new link.
