To review and approve an employee’s I-9:
- Select the “Employees” tab in the top navigation menu.
- Locate the employee’s name and select the “I-9 Badge” beside their name.
- You can also select the employee’s name, select “Onboarding” in the employee's profile menu, then “Current Documents.”
- The employee’s I-9 will be listed in the “Incomplete (Employer Information Needed)” status.
- Hover over the action wheel for the I-9 and select "Complete."
- Select “Download PDF” to access the employee’s I-9 form and supporting documentation.
- Complete the required fields, then select “Submit & Send.”
- The employee’s I-9 will now be listed in the “Complete” status, their “I-9 Badge” will disappear, and the employee will no longer be listed in the “I-9 Certifications” area of the “To Do” list.
