Current Bills

Under the “Current Bills” tab, you can review your current bill’s status, make adjustments (if necessary), view billing rules, and generate the invoice for the next billing period. To access the "Current Bills" area, select the "BernieBill" tab in the top navigation menu, then select the "Current Bills" tab in the secondary navigation menu.

Review:
  1. The “Current Bill” will be displayed for each carrier. Select a carrier from the tertiary side menu to toggle between each carrier’s current bill.

  2. The “Current Bill” area is sorted by plan type. Select the table titles in blue to custom sort the information for each plan type.

  3. The per plan total will display beneath each plan type.

  4. The bill total and any adjustments will display at the bottom of the “Current Bills” area.

Make Adjustments:
  1. Terminate any employees that should have been terminated directly from the Current Bill by hovering over the actions gear and clicking “Terminate.”

  2. This action will automatically carry over to the employee’s account within the Employees area, and the bill will update in real time.
  3. Adjustments will populate on the bill, if necessary.
