Stats - Compliance

On the employer Home dashboard, the STATS panel includes a Compliance tab with double doughnut charts that show how many active employees have viewed—and signed, when required—each active compliance notice.

Employers and Compliance Feature Admins can open these charts when Compliance Premium or Ultimate is enabled for the organization. Compliance Free does not include dashboard Compliance statistics. For Free vs paid differences, see What's included in the Free Compliance tier vs. the paid tiers?.

To view Compliance stats:
  1. Select Home in the top navigation.
  2. Under STATS, select Compliance.
  3. Review the Recent Compliance charts for each active notice.
Reading each chart:

Each chart is for one active (non-archived) notice. The notice title and created date appear under the chart. The center of the chart shows VIEWED and SIGNED counts for employees in your Compliance subgroups.

  • The outer ring shows how many of those employees have viewed the notice.
  • The inner ring shows how many have signed the notice.
  • When no employees have signed—for example, when a signature is not required—the inner ring stays grey.
If you have more than four active notices, select LOAD MORE to show additional charts.

If Compliance shows a lock icon:

On Compliance Free, Compliance appears under STATS with a lock icon. Selecting it opens a message that stats are only available in Compliance Premium, with a Purchase Compliance Premium action. Unlock details are covered in What's included in the Free Compliance tier vs. the paid tiers?.
