Adding Employees via Census Upload

Whether adding current employees for the first time, or adding multiple new hires at once, BerniePortal makes it easy through a spreadsheet upload.

To upload employees via spreadsheet:
  1. Navigate to the “Employees” list in the top black navigation menu.
  2. Select the “Add” button in the top right corner.

  4. Select "Import Employees Using Spreadsheet."

  6. Select "Download" to download the Census Upload spreadsheet template.

  8. Check out this article on how to complete and format the census. 
  9. Once the spreadsheet is ready for upload, select "Choose File" to upload the template. 

  11. You will receive a green success banner at the top of your screen once employees are successfully uploaded.
