You can filter carrier messages by:
Severity Type Filter to view only Failure messages or only Warning messages. This allows you to focus on critical issues that are blocking enrollment before addressing less urgent warnings.
Issue Filter by the specific type of discrepancy, such as:
Carrier View messages from a specific carrier. This is useful if you want to address all discrepancies from one carrier at a time or if a particular carrier requires immediate attention.
Employer Filter to see messages for a specific employer. This helps when you're working on one employer's account or need to provide an employer with a status update on outstanding issues.
