What filtering options are available in the Manage tab?

The Manage tab provides multiple filtering options to help you prioritize and organize carrier messages based on what matters most to your workflow.

Available Filters

You can filter carrier messages by:

Severity Type Filter to view only Failure messages or only Warning messages. This allows you to focus on critical issues that are blocking enrollment before addressing less urgent warnings.

Issue Filter by the specific type of discrepancy, such as:

  • Date of Birth
  • Social Security Number
  • Gender
  • Employment Status
  • Dependent relationships
  • Annual Earnings
  • And other issue types

Carrier View messages from a specific carrier. This is useful if you want to address all discrepancies from one carrier at a time or if a particular carrier requires immediate attention.

Employer Filter to see messages for a specific employer. This helps when you're working on one employer's account or need to provide an employer with a status update on outstanding issues.

Enrollment Status Filter by whether enrollments are open or closed, helping you prioritize messages based on current enrollment activity.

Why Filtering Matters

These filtering options allow you to:

  • Prioritize by urgency: Focus on Failure messages first since they block coverage
  • Work systematically: Resolve all issues for one employer or carrier at a time
  • Manage workflow efficiently: Address similar issues together rather than jumping between different types
  • Provide targeted updates: Pull specific reports when communicating with employers or carriers

Using Multiple Filters

You can combine filters to narrow your view even further. For example, you could filter to see only Failure messages for a specific employer, or view all Social Security Number issues across all carriers.

The filtering system is designed to help you navigate and resolve messages based on whatever factor is most important to your current priorities and workflow.
