Use the filters at the top of the Manage tab to narrow the carrier messages displayed. The available filters depend on your role.
General Agency
- Severity Type: All Severity Types, Failure, or Warning.
- Agency: All Agencies or a specific agency.
- Issue: All Issues or a specific issue.
- Carrier: All Carriers or a specific carrier.
- Employer: All Employers or a specific employer.
- Enrollment Status: Open & Closed, Open, or Closed.
Agency, Broker, or Service Team Member

- Issue
- Carrier
- Employer
- Enrollment Status
Employer
- Severity Type

Select more than one filter to narrow the messages further. Select the default option for a filter to include all messages for that filter.
