What are Surveys - Performance

The ‘Surveys’ feature allows employers to create and send surveys to employees about themselves, their colleagues, or the organization as a whole. Employers and managers will be able to keep track of employee survey responses, allowing them to gain a clear sense of company culture and performance throughout the year.

Employees are able to view survey responses they completed on themselves, their colleagues, and their organization. They may also be permitted to view their colleagues' responses should they be permitted by their employer. Learn more about employee visibility here
