Viewing Employee 1:1's - Admins & Viewers
Global and feature admins have the ability to view employee 1:1 threads from the employee profile area. This provides admins the visibility to ensure 1:1s are taking place, and running efficiently.
To view an employee’s 1:1 thread with their direct manager (global admin and feature admin):
- Select ‘Employees’ in the top navigation menu.
- Select the employee’s name from the listing, then select ‘Performance 1:1s’ from the left-side menu.
- All 1:1 messages will be available for review in ‘view-only’ mode with the corresponding date, time, and individual’s name.
Additional employee’s can be designated as ‘Viewers’ with ‘view-only’ access to employee 1:1s via ‘Visibility’ settings. Learn more here.
To view an employee’s 1:1 thread with their direct manager (viewer):
- Login to BerniePortal and select ‘Performance’ in the top navigation menu.
- Select ‘Other 1:1s’ from the left-side menu.
- All employees (reports) for which the ‘Viewer’ is assigned will be listed with their manager and details on the last posted message.
- To open an employee's 1:1 thread in 'view-only' mode, select their name.
