Viewing Completed Surveys - Admin

The "Surveys feature allows employers to create and send surveys to employees about themselves, their colleagues, or the organization as a whole. Employers and managers will be able to keep track of employee survey responses, allowing them to maintain a good grasp on company culture and performance throughout the year.

Visibility:
  1. The global admin will have full visibility to all completed surveys.
  2. Feature admins will have access to completed surveys for their respective subgroups.
  3. Managers will have access to their direct reports’ completed organizational and individual surveys. 

To view completed surveys (Admin and Feature Admin):
  1. Select the "Employees" tab in the top navigation menu. 
  2. Locate and select an employee’s name. 
  3. Select "Performance" from the employee's menu, then "Surveys."

  4. All completed surveys will be listed with the survey type, name, and generation date. Select the name of a survey to view the employee’s responses. 
  1. Individual surveys:
  1. Individual surveys will display the employee’s responses in the middle column and a summary (a tally of yes/no responses and/or averages of ratings) in the column on the right. Any text responses under the "Summary" dropdown will display "See individual responses."
  2. Use the dropdown menu to view what other employees said about the selected employee.
  1. Organizational surveys:
  1. Organizational surveys will display the selected employee’s responses under the middle column, and a summary of how other employees responded to the same questions (a tally of yes/no responses and/or averages of ratings) in the column on the right. Any text responses under the ‘Summary’ dropdown will display ‘See individual responses.’
  2. Use the dropdown menu to view how a specific employee responded in comparison to the selected employee.

To view completed surveys (Managers):
  1. Select the ‘Performance’ tab in the top navigation bar. 
  2. Select the ‘Surveys’ tab in the secondary navigation bar.
  3. Select ‘Others’ from the left-side menu. 
  4. The Manager’s direct reports will be listed with their completed surveys. Select a survey to view the employee’s responses.
