Viewing an Employee's Pay Stub

When your company uses BerniePortal Payroll, you can download an employee's pay stub PDF from the employee profile for any completed pay period.

Who this is for

Employers, and Payroll Feature Admins who can view salaries, when BerniePortal Payroll is enabled. A Global Admin signed in as the employer follows the employer steps.

To download an employee's pay stub:
  1. Select Employees in the top navigation menu.
  2. Select the employee's name to open the employee profile.
  3. Select Payroll in the employee profile tertiary navigation.
  4. Select the Paystubs tab.
  5. Select the pay period link for the stub you need. BerniePortal downloads the pay stub as a PDF.
