The Termination Dates report lists employees whose last day of work falls in the date range you select. It is available under the Employee Data category on Standard Reports when Benefits is enabled for the employer.
Who this is for
Employers and Feature Admins with Benefits access who can open Reports. Brokerage users can generate it when working in an employer account.
What it includes
For each terminated employee: name, benefits subgroup, Social Security number (when you are allowed to view it), Termination Time Stamp, Last day of work, termination Reason, and Terminated By. If you include dependent info, spouse and child rows appear under the employee.
The date range filters by Last day of work, not by the termination time stamp.
