Signature Language Library

The "Signature Language Library" allows you to create a library of signatures that can be included on onboarding documents for employees to view and sign via the Onboarding process.

To add new Signature Language:
  1. Select the "Account" dropdown in the top right corner of BerniePortal. 
  2. Select the "Signature Language Library" tab from the left side menu. 

  3. Select the "Add Signature Language" button. 
  4. Enter the signature label and associated signature language, then select "Create" to add the signature to the library.

  5. Within the library, hover over the action wheel for any existing signatures to edit or delete.
