Show Employees What Employer is Paying Towards Benefit Coverage

As an employer, you can control whether employees see how much you're contributing toward their benefits when they enroll. Turn on Show employees what employer is paying towards coverage to display your contribution amounts when employees make their benefit elections and afterward, when they view their elections. Turn it off to hide those amounts from employees.

To turn employer contribution visibility on or off:
  1. As an employer, select Benefits in the top navigation bar.
  2. Select Settings in the secondary navigation bar.
  3. Select General in the left sidebar.
  4. For Show employees what employer is paying towards coverage, select Yes to display your contribution amounts to employees, or No to hide them.
You can't select No while the separate Defined Contribution setting (also under Benefits Settings) is turned on. BerniePortal keeps this setting on Yes while Defined Contribution is active.
