  2. Select "Change Report" from the Standard Reports listing.
  3. Select the "Clients" & "Type of Change" that correspond with the data needed. (TIP: You can make multiple selections in either list by holding the COMMAND/CONTROL key on your keyboard while you click)
  4. Select the "Date Range" (For example: if your client opens enrollment on July 1 and closes enrollment on July 31, you'll want to select "July 1 2024 to July 31 2024" to see all changes made during that timeframe.
  5. Enter the email address to indicate the contact that will receive the report. The designated contact will receive an email to download the report.

After you click "Generate & Send," BerniePortal will ask if you want to view election PDFs and carrier forms of employees who had changes? Select the "View & Download" button to easily access all enrollment documents that correspond with the data on the "Change" Report.

Click "Scheduled Reports" to create a cadence where BerniePortal will automatically send the change report on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule.
