Qualifying Events Report

The Qualifying Events report lists employees who had a qualifying event in a selected month range, including the qualifying event date and reason plus their benefit election details from that enrollment. Optionally include spouse and child rows with Dependent Info.

To generate:
  1. As an Employer with Benefits (or a Feature Admin with Benefits access), select Reports in the top navigation.
  2. Select Standard.
  3. Select Qualifying Events.
  4. Under Subgroups, select the subgroups to include.
  5. Under Dependent Info, choose Include or Exclude.
  6. Under Date Range:, select the start month and year, then select the end month and year after to.
  7. In Send Report To, enter or confirm the email address that should receive the report.
  8. Select Generate & send.
BerniePortal emails that address a link to download the report. Download the file promptly — the link expires after one hour.
