To assign a PTO Approver:
Under the “Employees” tab in the upper navigation menu, locate and select the name of the employee who needs to be assigned a PTO Approver.
Select “PTO” from the quaternary navigation menu, then select "Approvers."
Enter the name of the new PTO Approver in the search field, select it when it appears, then select "Add."
The listed PTO Approver will now have the ability to review, approve, and deny the designated employee’s time off requests.
Multiple PTO Approvers can be added per employee.
PTO Approvers can be removed by hovering over the action wheel next to their name and selecting “Remove.”
