Payroll-Time & PTO Report

Employers and Payroll Feature Admins can generate the Payroll - Time & PTO report to retrieve clocked hours and used PTO for a payroll subgroup and pay period. Payroll Feature Admins only receive data for employees in their assigned payroll subgroups.

What the report includes

The file includes First Name, Last Name, Employee Id, Employee SSN, Clocked Hours, Regular Hours, Overtime Hours, used hours by PTO type, and Used Holiday Hours when holidays apply. Project hours appear when employees have projects on their time subgroup.

How to generate the report
  1. Log in to BerniePortal as the employer or as a Payroll Feature Admin.
  2. Select Reports in the top navigation.
  3. Select Standard.
  4. In the Standard Reports list, select Payroll - Time & PTO.
  5. In the Generate a Payroll Report dialog, select a payroll subgroup under Subgroups:.
  6. Select a date range under Select Pay Period:.
  7. Enter the destination address in Send Report To:.
  8. Select Generate & Send.
BerniePortal emails a download link to that address when the report is ready. Select Pay Period: lists completed pay periods for the selected subgroup.
