The "Payment Details Library" allows you to add, review, or update the ACH information for your bank account(s) that you authorize BerniePortal to debit or credit in accordance with the agreement you have with BerniePortal or with other companies for which BerniePortal provides billing and collection services.
To add, review, or update payment information:
Select the "Account" dropdown in the top right corner of BerniePortal.
Select the "Payment Details Library" tab from the left side menu.
Add, review, and update information directly in the desired field, then select “Save.”
If your employer is utilizing Alpine’s COBRA services, please enter banking information for both billing and remittance.
