If you'd like to locate an in network provider, your employer may have included this information in the benefit enrollment process. To locate this information:
- Login to BerniePortal.
- Select the "Benefits" tab in the top navigation menu.
- Under the "My Plans" tab in the secondary navigation menu, all plans you were offered as an employee will be listed in the left-side menu.
- Any plans you enrolled in may contain helpful information such as a message from your employer, helpful website, YouTube video, and plan documents.
- Your employer may have included a "Find a Provider" link in the helpful website section.
- If your employer did not include this information, please contact your HR administrator, or your insurance provider.
