Access HR resources, such as legal updates, HR document templates, and more, with BerniePoral’s Compliance feature, powered by Mineral!

To access: 
  1. Log in to BerniePortal as the employer or a Compliance feature administrator
  2. Select “Recruiting” in the top navigation menu
  3. Select “Job List” in the secondary menu

To Manage:
  1. Ensure your location details are accurate and up to date, as the ZIP code and number of employees help ensure that you receive region-specific HR information within your Mineral Profile
  2. New employees will automatically be assigned to the default location
