Access HR resources, such as legal updates, HR document templates, and more, with BerniePoral’s Compliance feature, powered by Mineral!
To access:
- Log in to BerniePortal as the employer or a Compliance feature administrator
- Select “Recruiting” in the top navigation menu
- Select “Job List” in the secondary menu
To Manage:
- Ensure your location details are accurate and up to date, as the ZIP code and number of employees help ensure that you receive region-specific HR information within your Mineral Profile
- New employees will automatically be assigned to the default location
