To assist employees with updating beneficiary information:
On the employee's home page, select “Beneficiaries.”
Select the “Add/Change Beneficiaries” icon in the upper right corner.
Use the “Add another beneficiary” to add additional primary or contingent recipients.
If employees have more than one beneficiary per benefit, they can adjust the percentage of distribution by dragging the icon left or right. There’s also an option under each benefit to distribute the cash benefits evenly.
Current beneficiary names and relationships can also be edited directly in the First Name, Last Name, and Relationship fields.
Once the employee is done editing, they should select "Save."
