How to View and Update Beneficiaries

After you complete enrollment, you can view and update beneficiaries for cash-payout benefits from your home page.

Employees who have completed enrollment and have beneficiary-eligible benefits can use the Beneficiaries tab in the BENEFITS panel.

To view your beneficiaries:
  1. From the top navigation, select Home.
  2. In the BENEFITS panel, select the Beneficiaries tab.
  3. Review each benefit type’s Primary Beneficiaries and Contingent beneficiaries in the table.
To update your beneficiaries:
  1. From the top navigation, select Home.
  2. In the BENEFITS panel, select the Beneficiaries tab.
  3. Select Add/change beneficiaries.
  4. If you have more than one beneficiary-eligible policy, answer Do you want beneficiaries to be the same for all policies? with Yes or No.
  5. Select Add Beneficiary. Enter First Name, Last Name, and Relationship to Yourself. If you choose Other, enter Specify Relationship. Select Add.
  6. On each cash payout card, under Primary Beneficiaries or Contingent Beneficiaries, select a person to assign them. Enter each person’s percent, or set Distribute percentages evenly? to Yes.
  7. Optional: select Add Contingent Beneficiaries on a cash payout card when you need a contingent section.
  8. To change a person’s name or relationship, select Edit on that person, update the fields, then select Save.
  9. To remove a person from only that primary or contingent section, select Remove beneficiary on the assigned row.
  10. To delete a person from all cash payouts, select Delete on that person, then confirm with Delete. Deleting removes them from all cash payouts.
  11. When you finish, select Save. Select Cancel to close without saving.
