How to View SPD and General Enrollment Documents

Employees can easily view Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) and any General Enrollment Documents in their BerniePortal account.

To help employees view SPDs and General Enrollment Documents:

  1. From the employee’s home page, select the “Benefits” tab in the top navigation menu.
  2. Select the “General Docs” tab in the secondary navigation menu. 
  3. Any SPDs or General Enrollment Documents that were attached to the Benefits Subgroup will be available for employees to download in this area.
