How to View SPD and General Enrollment Documents

After you finish benefits enrollment, you can download your Summary Plan Document (SPD) and any enrollment documents your employer attached from General Docs.

Who can use this

Employees who have finished benefits enrollment, when their benefits subgroup has an SPD or enrollment documents attached. General Docs appears in the secondary navigation only when at least one of those documents is available.

To view SPD and enrollment documents:
  1. From your employee home page, select Benefits in the top navigation menu.
  2. Select General Docs in the secondary navigation menu.
  3. To download the SPD, select Download in the Summary Plan Document (SPD) row.
  4. To download an enrollment document, select Download in that document’s row. Documents are listed by file name.
