How to View and Download Completed Onboarding Documents - Admin
Once an employee completes assigned onboarding documents in BerniePortal, these documents can easily be viewed and downloaded so information can be communicated to the appropriate parties, such as payroll vendors.
To access completed onboarding documents:
- Select the "Employees" tab in the top navigation menu.
- Locate and select the employee's name.
- Select the “Onboarding” tab from the quaternary navigation menu, then select the “Current Documents” tab.
- Documents are displayed with their completion date and status.
- Hover over the action gear for the desired document, then select "Download".
Completed onboarding documents are also housed in an employee’s “Personnel File” under the “Hire Documentation” category where they can be downloaded or deleted.
