How to Reconsider a Candidate
Change your mind or accidentally decline a candidate? No problem. Candidates can be “reconsidered” to re-open their application with your employer.
To reconsider a candidate:
- Select the “Applicant Tracking” tab in the top navigation menu.
- Locate the candidate by either selecting the applicable job from the “Job List” or directly from the “Candidates” menu.
- Hover over the action wheel for the declined candidate, then select “Reconsider.”
- The candidate’s application will be restored to the hiring stage it was in prior to being declined.
