How to Process Manual Time Edits

Global Admins and Time Approvers have the ability to manually edit employee time, if necessary. For example, if an employee forgot to enter an edit before submitting a time punch, manual time edits can be made.

To process manual time edits:
  1. Select the "Employees" tab in the top navigation menu, then locate and select the name of the employee.
  2. Select “Time” from the employee's menu.
  3. Select the date range for which you’d like to make manual time adjustments. This will open the full timesheet for that date range.

  4. Hover over the action wheel for the time punch you’d like to edit and select “Edit Time” or “Add Time.”
  1. Selecting “Edit Time” will convert the existing time punches to text fields that can be edited.

  1. Times must be listed in this format: MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM AM or PM.
  2. Enter the corrected time, edit the Project if necessary, then select “Save” at the bottom of the screen.
  1. Selecting “Add Time” will allow you to enter an additional time punch. The type of time punch (in or out) will depend on the most recent time punch already listed.

  1. Once the additional time has been added, select “Save” at the bottom of the screen.
