Resolved messages sync to the carrier during the carrier's next scheduled sync. The timing is not immediate and varies by carrier.
When you resolve a message in the Manage tab:
Because each carrier has its own sync schedule, the time between resolution and carrier receipt can range from:
Not Instantaneous Even though the Carrier Exchange uses API technology, updates don't reach carriers immediately. There's always a delay between when you click "resolve" and when the carrier receives the corrected information.
Check Last Sync The Last Sync indicator in the Manage tab shows when each carrier most recently synchronized. This helps you estimate when they might sync again and receive your resolution.
Message Removal Once the carrier syncs and processes your resolution, the message should disappear from the Manage tab (assuming it was resolved correctly). If the message reappears after a sync, it may indicate the resolution was incorrect or the carrier identified additional issues.
You cannot manually trigger a sync or speed up the process. Sync timing is controlled entirely by each carrier's technical infrastructure and schedule.
