How long does it take for a pending plan to become active?

BerniePortal does not set a fixed activation timeframe for pending carrier integrations. An integration becomes active after Ideon sends BerniePortal a coverage-period status change to production.


General Agency and Agency users, along with Brokers and Service Team Members acting in their brokerage roles, can view pending plans.


To check a pending plan, open Carrier Exchange and select Pending. The Pending Since date reflects the coverage period's most recent status update.
