How do I access the Carrier Exchange in BerniePortal?

Access the Carrier Exchange from the navigation available for your current account role.


Who can access Carrier Exchange


General agencies, agencies, brokers, and service team members can access Carrier Exchange from the primary navigation. Employers can access carrier message management through Benefits only when they have an active carrier integration.


For general agencies, agencies, brokers, and service team members

  1. Select Carrier Exchange in the primary navigation. The Manage page opens.
  2. Use the secondary navigation to open Manage, Pending, Configure, or Audit Log.

For employers with an active carrier integration

  1. Select Benefits in the primary navigation.
  2. Select Manage. The Manage page lets you review and resolve carrier messages.
