How to View and Edit Direct Deposit Information - Employee

Employees have the ability to update their direct deposit information at any time in BerniePortal. 


Important Note: The option to update direct deposit information will only be available for employees who have completed a standard direct deposit onboarding document in BerniePortal. 


To change direct deposit information:

  1. The employee should log in to their BerniePortal account. 
  2. Select the “Account” dropdown in the top right corner. 
  3. Select “Direct Deposit” from the left menu. 
  4. Select “Change Direct Deposit Information.”
  6. The “Bank Account Information” modal will appear. 
  3. The employee can make the desired changes, sign, then select “Save.”
