How to View and Edit Direct Deposit Information - Employee

Employees can independently update their direct deposit information at any time through BerniePortal, streamlining account management and reducing administrative workload! 

Important Note: Direct deposit editing is only available for employees who have completed the standard direct deposit onboarding document in BerniePortal. 

To access:
  1. Log in to BerniePortal
  2. Select the “Payroll” tab in the top navigation menu
  3. Select the “Settings” tab in the secondary navigation menu


To edit:
  1. Initiate Edit: Click the pencil icon next to your existing direct deposit information

  2. Make Changes: The "Change direct deposit information" modal will appear

    1. Update banking information as needed
  3. Finalize Changes: Review all entries for accuracy
    1. Add an electronic signature to confirm the update
    2. Click “Save” to finalize changes
