"Full-time Employee Count" and "Total Employee Count" error (1095-C Error Only)
This error is caused when the box "Enter Full-time Employee Count (B) and Total Employee Count (C) columns values manually" being checked, but the values have not been manually entered for all months.
To correct these errors, you will need to do the following:
- Log into the employer account in BerniePortal.
- Click on "1094/1095" at the top of the page.
- Click "Subgroups".
- Click on the name of the subgroup you are working to correct.
- Scroll down to "Part III - ALE Member Information - Monthly" and do one of the following:
- Uncheck the box "Enter Full-time Employee Count (B) and Total Employee Count (C) columns values manually" so that the values are automatically populated with enrollment information from BerniePortal
- Manually enter the values for each month (or "All 12 Months") in "(B) Full-time Employee Count for ALE Member" and "(C) Total Employee Count for ALE Member"
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select "Corrected Form".
- Push "Save Changes".
- Repeat this process for all 1094C subgroups (if applicable) until you are finished.
