Employer List

Employer List

The Employer List shows the employer clients attached to your brokerage account so you can open an employer’s profile, generate reports, manage benefits, and more.

Who can use this

Brokers, agencies, general agencies, and service team members. Benefit providers use a separate Employer List. Feature admins do not see this page.

Open Employer List
  1. In the top navigation, select Employer List.
Agencies also see secondary tabs List and Settings. Stay on List for the client roster.

Find and open an employer
  1. Use the SEARCH field to filter by employer name.
  2. Use the status dropdown to switch between Active Employers and Inactive Employers.
  3. Agencies and general agencies can also filter by broker (All Brokers). General agencies can filter by agency (All Agencies).
  4. Select an employer name in the Employer Name column to open that employer’s profile.
From the employer profile tertiary navigation you can open areas such as Employer Profile, Employees, Benefits, Reports, and Active Status.

Masquerade into an employer account
  1. Open an employer from Employer List.
  2. Select Masquerade on the employer profile (or on Active Status).
Masquerade switches you into that employer’s account. Use Return to admin account in the masquerade banner when you are finished.
