The Election PDFs report collects each selected employee's most recent election PDF into one download. Use it when you need election sheets for a benefit subgroup in bulk, rather than opening each employee's Personnel File.
Who can generate this report
Employers and Feature Admins with Benefits access can generate this report when Benefits is enabled for the employer. Brokers can generate it while viewing an employer.
To generate an Election PDFs report:
- In the top navigation, select Reports, then select Standard.
- In the Standard Reports table, select Election PDFs in the Report column. A Generate an Election PDF Report window opens.
- Under Subgroups, select the benefit subgroups to include. You can select All Subgroups or one or more individual subgroups.
- In Send Report To, enter the email address that should receive the report. The field defaults to your account email (or alternate email, when set).
- Select Generate & send.
BerniePortal shows You will receive an email shortly to download the report. and emails a download link to the address in Send Report To. The download includes only active employees in the selected subgroups who already have an election PDF on file. When more than 100 employees are included, BerniePortal sends a ZIP of PDFs instead of a single PDF.
