Yes. BerniePortal offers both IRS e-filing and employee mailing services for 1095-B and 1095-C forms. You can choose one or both services based on your needs.

E-Filing Service

We transmit your 1094/1095 forms directly to the IRS through the AIR system. This service includes:

  • XML file generation and submission
  • Transmission status tracking
  • Error reporting and correction support
  • Confirmation of IRS acceptance

Mailing Service

We print and mail 1095 forms directly to your employees. This service includes:

  • Professional printing of employee forms
  • Mailing to each employee's address on file in BerniePortal
  • Forms mailed within 48 business hours of processing
  • Email confirmation once mailing is complete

Important Note on Employee Addresses

Mailed forms are sent to the address listed in each employee's BerniePortal profile. Ensure employee addresses are accurate before requesting mailing services.
