COBRA Details Tab - Employee Profile

If your employer utilizes Alpine TPA for COBRA administration, employees who are enrolled in COBRA will have a 'COBRA Details' tab in their employee profile. The 'COBRA Details' tab provides an overview of important COBRA details specific to that employee. 
  1. Select the "Employees" tab in the top navigation menu.
  2. Select the employee's name to open their profile. 
  3. Select the "COBRA" tab from the employee's menu.
  4. The 'Paid-Thru' tab will list the employee's paid-thru date. 
  5. The 'Payment Received' tab will list all payments received (receipt date, payment amount, and payment type), as well as the employee's current COBRA elections. 
  6. The 'COBRA Eligibility' tab lists the employee's first day of eligibility, last day of eligibility, and eligibility reason.
