Broker Change Report

Broker Change Report

Use the Change Report to retrieve employee demographic and benefit changes across one or more of your employer clients for a selected date range—for example, during open enrollment.

Who can use this

Brokers, agencies, and service team members. The Change Report is not available on an individual employer’s Reports tab.

Generate a Change Report
  1. In the top navigation, select Reports.
  2. Select the Standard secondary tab.
  3. Select Change Report.
  4. In Generate a Change Report, select one or more Clients and the Type of Change values you need. Hold Command (Mac) or Control (Windows), or Shift, to select multiple items.

  6. Enter the email address in Send Report To.
  7. Select Generate & Send.
BerniePortal emails a download link for the report ZIP (CSV). The link expires after one hour.

Schedule a Change Report
  1. From Reports, open the Scheduled secondary tab (or Scheduled Reports under brokerage reports).
  2. Select Create Scheduled Report and choose Change Report.
  3. Choose how often it Repeats (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly), select Clients and Type of Change, enter Send To, then select Save.
Scheduled reports use an automatic date range for the cadence (for example, yesterday for Daily). Download links for scheduled reports remain available longer than on-demand links.
