Can I activate some integrations for some employers but not others?
Yes. Carrier Exchange integrations are configured separately for each employer and carrier, so you can enable an integration for one employer without changing any other employer's integrations.
To review the employers available to you, select Carrier Exchange in the top navigation, then Configure. The list shows active employers with Benefits and carriers supported by the Carrier Exchange. Open an employer to review its carriers and use that carrier's toggle independently. When enabling an integration, enter the employer's Group Number.
General Agency and Agency users, brokers, and Service Team Members can access the Configure tab. Service Team Members with read-only access can review integrations but cannot enable or disable them.
